If you are Considering Choosing Hockwold Hall for your company’s Christmas party then below is a summary of What your event might Look like.

Capacity: Our Main event Space can seat up to a maximum of 300 Persons or 400 Cocktail Party Style.

4:30 PM Holiday Party Organising Committee Arrives 

5:00 PM Childcare Organisers Arrive to check space and make final touches

5:30 PM DOORS Open and Welcome Drinks Hours Begins 

6:00 PM Bar Opens for the Guests Arriving who are looking for additional drinks 

6:30 PM Guests Arrive at the Main house from 5:30 – 6:30 PM for the Welcome Drinks Hour.

6:35 PM Head over to Marquee when the Main Party commences as all the Guests have arrived 

6:40 PM Welcome Speeches and Pre Dinner Games

7:00 PM Dinner is Served 

8:00 PM Dinner Service Ends 

8:05 PM Remaining games and Raffles

8:45 PM Dancefloor Opens 

11:00 PM Bar Closes for events on Monday – Thursday and Sunday

12:00 PM Bar Closes for events on Friday and Saturday

MIDNIGHT – Carriages 

 

Included in the Price per head are the following:

                *       Fully Decorated Venue
                *       Welcome Drink for every guest upon arrival
